This page explains how a business can remove Requesting Reviews' access to its Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads) accounts, and how to ask us to delete the data we hold. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what we collect and why.

1. Remove our access

Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads)

Open Meta Business Settings for your business portfolio.
Go to Integrations → Connected apps.
Select Requesting Reviews and click Remove.

Google Business Profile

Open your Google Account's third-party access page.
Select Requesting Reviews and remove its access.

You can also disconnect any integration from your own dashboard at any time.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email hello@requesting.reviews with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:

Your business name.
The Facebook Page, ad account or Google Business Profile the request is about.
The email address your account uses.

We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

3. What we delete, and when

Access tokens for Meta and Google: within 24 hours of access being removed.
Cached advertising, Page and Business Profile data: within 30 days of access being removed.
Leads, contacts and messages: within 30 days of a deletion request or account closure.

We keep data longer only where the law requires it, such as billing records.
